The hall is available to hire for occasional use. We charge the hourly rates stated in the hire charges document below plus an additional £20 cleaning fee.
Full payment for the hall hire must be made at the time of the booking, either in cash or via bank transfer.
When collecting the keys for the hall – we require a £20 cleaning fee and £40 damage waiver (£100 for residents / £150 non residents in the event of a teenage party) which will be returned in full after the booking (if the premises are left in a clean acceptable condition as set out in the conditions signed for by the client). Both of which are to be made in cash.
In the event of cancellation:
- A 100% refund will be issued if cancelled 4 weeks before the booking.
- A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled 2 weeks before the booking.
- There will be no refund if cancelled less than 2 weeks before the booking.
