BOOKING THE VILLAGE HALL

PARTY RATES

We offer a 3-hour Party Package with the hire of the hall, choice of bouncy castle, and a cleaner up to 6pm with preferential rates for residents, and options for non-residents.  See latest hire rates link below for full costs.

Teenage parties (Ages 13 – 18yrs) require a £100 cash deposit (Residents) and £150 cash deposit for non-residents.

A £40.00 refundable damage waiver MUST be paid for any party at time of booking.  A £15 cleaning fee is charged with the hourly rates.

Deposited monies will only be returned if the premises are left in a clean acceptable condition as set out in the conditions signed for by the client.


HOW TO BOOK

Booking could not be easier:

  1. Contact the parish council office, see https://eastgoscotepc.org.uk/contact/ for contact options
  2. Read our Terms of Letting and current Hire Charges.  These can be found below.
  3. Once a booking request has been made the Booking Secretary will approve the booking and you will be required to visit the Office to either fill in the booking form or download below and bring it with you and pay the £40 damage waiver in cash.
  4. Once paid the date is secure, the rest of the booking process will be explained to you by the Booking Secretary.
